Welcome to VARYA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. About us
VARYA is a jewellery brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean VARYA, and "you" means the customer.

2. Products and colours
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device and lighting. Product details such as materials and sizes are listed on each product page.

3. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

4. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the details you give us are correct. We accept payment by [Cash on Delivery / bank transfer / card, list your options]. We may cancel or refuse an order if there's a pricing error, the item is out of stock, or we can't verify the order details. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

5. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan in 3-6 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays or weather. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, because we can't be responsible for delays caused by wrong details. 

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging. State plainly what is not returnable, e.g. "Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 7 working days using the original payment method / bank transfer.

7. Care of your jewellery
Fashion jewellery is affected by water, perfume, sweat and rough handling over time. Following our care guidelines helps your piece last longer. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear is not covered by our returns policy.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our logo, photos, text and designs, belongs to VARYA. Please don't copy, reuse or sell any of it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, VARYA is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item.

10. Privacy
We collect your name, address, phone number and email only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We don't sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lahore.
