Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Shipping fee
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to every order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order confirmation
After you place an order, we will contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address. Please keep your phone reachable. Orders we cannot confirm may be delayed or cancelled.

Dispatch time
Confirmed orders are dispatched on the same day or the next day. Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 4-7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, or public holidays.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number on WhatsApp or email. You can use it to follow your parcel on the courier's website or app.

Payment on delivery
Our orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Correct address and phone number
Please make sure your name, address, and phone number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details. If you need to change your address, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, before your order is dispatched.

Delivery attempts
The courier will usually attempt delivery more than once. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the phone is unreachable or no one is available, it is returned to us and your order may be cancelled.

Refused or fake orders
Customers who repeatedly refuse parcels or place orders they do not accept may not be able to use Cash on Delivery in the future.

Damaged on arrival
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
