We do not collect or store your card details. All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. If we offer other payment options, we will only see basic payment confirmation, such as a transfer screenshot.

  • To answer your questions and handle returns or exchanges.

  • Courier companies (such as Leopards, PostEx, or TCS) get your name, phone number, address, and order amount, so they can deliver your parcel.
  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes your order data.
  • WhatsApp, which we use to confirm orders and give support.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel. It records actions like page views, add-to-cart, and purchases, so we can measure and improve our ads.
  • Authorities, if the law requires us to.

We do not sell your personal information.
